Welcome to U R @ that Age! It’s about sharing relatable life experiences from my 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and now 50’s that could have kept me from being Healthy and Fit. My goal is to inspire you to start a Healthy Life Plan, which you can do at any age, or maintain your current plan no matter what curve balls life throws at you. 

I have joked with friends and family about “Being at that Age” for years. Weight gain, general aches and pains, physical changes, some injuries and illnesses, etc. are all results of aging they say. Uh Ohhh! It’s Another Birthday! Why even try to be Healthy and Fit? The odds are against me because they said, “You’re at that Age”! I say not necessarily!

My joking around with friends and family turned into an IDEA to start a blog!

“U R @ that Age” is part of my quest to help people be as healthy and fit as they want to be no matter what their age is.

Family and friends lovingly remind you and me that we’re not getting any younger. Many doctors do so clinically. This is true BUT we don’t have to accept the suggested limitations that come with those reminders.

Guess What?

  • “You” are at that Age BUT…
  • “You” are also Unique SO…
  • “YOU” deserve someone who will consider not only your age, but your lifestyle, the environment in which you live, biology and all of the factors that make you Unique as you enter the road to becoming Healthier and Happier.
